Light from Smart Devices Doesn't Disrupt Sleep, Research

A recent study has shown that the light emitted by such smart devices including mobile phones and computers does not disturb human sleep.

A number of earlier investigations have warned that the light emitted by electronic smart devices can be harmful to human health and especially mental health.

However, a short but recent study conducted by experts at the University of Munich in Germany found no evidence that the light emitted by the devices can disrupt sleep.

According to research published in the medical journal Nature, experts recruited 16 volunteers for the study and instructed them to use mobile or other such devices for 30 minutes before going to bed.

The volunteers were asked to use blue, green and white light devices at different stages and then they were instructed to go to bed to sleep.

The results showed that all the lights from the devices do not affect the system of the human brain that determines sleep and time, meaning that the lights from the devices do not disturb sleep.

Previous research has suggested that lights may affect the part of the brain that processes daily shifts, timing, and therefore may affect a person’s mental health. Is.
