U-19 World Cup: Pakistan team reached the semi-finals after defeating Bangladesh by 5 runs

In the match played in Benoni, South Africa, Bangladesh won the toss and invited Pakistan to bat.
The Pakistani opener provided a start of 37 runs, Shamil Hussain scored 19 and Shahzeb Khan got out by scoring 26 runs, Arafat Minhas played an innings of 34 runs in the middle, Ali Asfand scored 19 runs.
The Green Shirts were bowled out for 155 in the 41st over.
Chasing the target, Bangladesh’s first wicket fell on 27 runs, Obaid Shah took five batters to the pavilion one by one. Bangladesh’s 9th wicket fell to 127 runs but Rahant Dola and Maruf Muredha took the score to 150 in the 10th wicket.
Zeeshan bowled Maruf and took Pakistan to the semi-finals and thus the Pakistan team defeated Bangladesh by 5 runs and reached the semi-finals.
Pakistan will face Australia in the semi-final on Thursday.
