Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Barrister Gohar Khan has said that we finally got our right, this decision will be remembered in history, the Chief Election Commission should follow the decision of the Supreme Court.
While talking to the media along with PTI leaders outside the Supreme Court, he said that the Supreme Court blocked the way for amendments in the Constitution. They were going to amend the constitution with a two-thirds majority, they wanted our seats to be taken away from us.
Barrister Gauhar said that the whole world saw how democracy was trampled in the country, everyone saw how PTI was thrown out of the election. Today is a happy day for 25 crore people and patriotic Pakistanis.
He said that there is no doubt that Justice Mansoor gave the verdict, people should pay Nawafl today, thank Allah. Today, 11 judges unanimously said that PTI is entitled to these seats, God willing, now all the seats will be returned to PTI.
Chairman PTI demanded that today the full court of the Supreme Court sided with the truth in favor of PTI, the Chief Election Commission should resign immediately.
On this occasion, PTI leader Kanwal Shozab said that the whole world has seen how democracy has been destroyed in the country. Everyone saw how PTI was thrown out of the election, injustice was done to us, the courts stand with the idea of justice.
It should be noted that today the Supreme Court has declared PTI as entitled to certain seats.
